A very nice and fun run! This 3M stuff is starting to become easier each time. Time was 26:21, 8:48avg (8:44, 8:38, 8:59) - weather was an refreshing 34degs, so not bad at all. Just having a great time here returning to my true love! (give me a break chris!)

Nice running!!! You're doing great getting out there and improving. I'm a beginner runner, but no where near your times! Keep it up!

thanks for the comment Laura - I'm an old runner that took some time off (like 1.5 years) and am getting back into it - so my body is "remembering" and adapting quicker than normal first timers. I'll keep it up and long as you keep it up and keep running hard and strong!
