30 min weight workout followed by 3M on the TM. Time was 25:24 (8:28 avg) - wanted to take it light - am doing the big hill tomorrow. Shin felt great - I think it is those other shoes, because I seem to feel it more with them than the ones I wore today. Everything is going well, I was looking at the Deseret News 10K, but online entry is already closed (weird?) - they have a clydesdale division and so I'll call and find out if entry is still possible!

The Des. News shouldn't be closed this early. I would think Chris that maybe they actually haven't opened it up for 2008 yet.

Last year's race was in July...Dave must be right. Target that race my man and make it happen. July sounds so warm right now. We got another 5-6 inches of powder during the night and its still snowing!

yep - my bad - it just hasn't opened for registration yet - I'll be on it when it does! July 24th as it is part of the pioneer day celebration here in Utah!
