Did 1.5m on treadmill this morning. Just ran the track at 1.0 incline. Ran first 10mins at 10:00 pace, then 1min @ 9:30 pace, 1min @ 9:00 pace - then back to 10:00 to finish. It felt good, mainly because I wasn't doing any hills with it - but heart rate stayed under 150 the entire time. Slowly but surely! |
