Hard to keep an old track guy off the track! Anyway I did 3M on the track with 3x400 @1:45gp (goal pace). Did 3 lap wrmup then hit the 3x400 w/400 recovery and then 3 lap wrmdwn. I new this was well within my means for this part of my training. I ran 1:49, 1:42 and 1:40. It was good. |
