I had a really fun 3M on my treadmill this afternoon. And, again, to follow up on Saturday's run - this one was just as good - and I feel so relaxed right now - anyway, yeah Jfogg, I guess I am getting used to this stuff again! (lol)

Ran in 24:15 for an 8:05 avg - however, I ran it like this: 1.0M in 8:29 (8:30 pace); 0.5M in 4:00 (8:00 pace); 1.0M in 7:31 (7:30 pace) and the final 0.5M in 4:15 (8:30 pace). So, there was my first 7:30 since being back and it felt really good -- look out James better ride that bike really hard! (smiles)

Great run...again. You are hitting the pace now. You may want to go for the 2008 St George title...why wait?

Keep it up man...looking great.
