Ok - no body laugh to hard at me now - but yes, I'm back again to give it another try. It's been 8 months of no running - just heavy weightlifting. I am now 238lbs and ready to knock it down to maybe 215 (220 would be alright). I ran 1.5m on my treadmill today at 10:00pace -- the funny part was that I got on, put it to the 10:00 and started and swore I was racing at a 6:00pace! It should be a fun road back - I work with James Holt - and he's "inspired" me to come back - oh yeah, you other guys have too! lol |
