Ran 2.06 on treadmill. I did the hill workout and keep forgetting that when my treadmill says "hills" what it really means is "mountains" - they just keep going up and up! I started with the first 5 mins @ 10:00 pace then did the remaining 15 mins at 9:30 pace and it felt really great. I was relaxed throughout the entire run even at the peaks! Body appears to be adapting quite well to running again. I've changed my weightlifting to a 3 day split routine and run the days I don't lift. This will be for the next few months anyway. |
