Well - I did it -- wanted to get in 4 just to test myself and did good. I figured as long at I kept it at a 10:00 pace that I would finish with no problem. Avg was 9:57 (9:45, 10:03, 9:51, 10:11) - and it was very relaxing.
Back in flow... Good run man. Best part of it was that it seemed "relaxing"...that's a good sign. Keep it up and ease back. Keep it relaxing and comfortable...no injuries.
